Meet Sommelier and Author, Regine Rousseau

The question most often asked of Regine Rousseau: “When should I drink it?” gets answered, along with much, much more in her new book, Searching for Cloves and Lilies: The Wine Edition, among a colorful series of poems that journey through lust, love and heartbreak — all paired with wine. She is also the CEO of Shall We Wine, an event-planning and wine demonstration company based in Chicago. She received her Level II Sommelier certification from the International Sommelier Guild and an Executive Bourbon Steward designation from Stave and Thief Society. Searching for Cloves and Lilies, was featured in the New Yorker magazine. For more information about Regine’s work, visit RegineRousseau.com and ShallWeWine.com.
